About
Kristy grew up in Jamestown, Rhode Island, where she spent her childhood exploring the fields and forests, playing on the rocky shores, and enjoying family vacations on the boat. Her deep connection to nature is a fundamental part of who she is. Influenced by her grandmother, Una Burns, Kristy was introduced to yoga and meditation at a young age. One book that her grandmother introduced her to entitled, "The Golden Frog", by Michael Mamas, profoundly impacted her at a spiritual level and inspired the name and logo of her business. The frog symbolizes transformation, spiritual awakening, and new opportunities.
Kristy's career in Talent Development has seen her help thousands of individuals achieve their career goals through skill building and coaching. She has helped countless employees overcome their personal challenges and barriers to success. Her passion for employee engagement and well-being shaped the design of her leadership programs. Building her subject matter expertise in wellness while working for one of the Big Four consulting firms, has invigorated Kristy to do more with helping individuals manage their work and life.

Giving Back
Kristy has a large philanthropic spirit! She is also involved in volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and the RI Chapter for Surfrider Foundation.
